I feel like life is more and more like this as I "grow-up" ;-)
Tension all the way around...
but in the midst of it,
a kind of "harmonic" that soothes and calms.
Oh to hear and rest in the latter most of the time!
Not concentrate and focus on the uncomfortableness of tension...but
To enjoy and flow with the "push & pull" of the movement of life!
To see and welcome the wonder and surprises...
gifts in disguise sometimes...but nevertheless gifts.
Ever-changing pitches and melodies..sometimes quiet...sometimes alarming...
soothing...and energizing!
Ah....the music of life!
