I picked Psalm 31. It has 24 verses (2 per month)
and is meaningful to me in recent months. I'm generally not good at keeping up with long term things but I'm going to give it a try. I love the idea of knowing a whole piece of scripture by heart. If we put it in our hearts, the Holy Spirit can retrieve it to our memory whenever we are in need of it.

Psalm 31:1 NLT
O LORD, I have come to you for protection:
don't let me be disgraced.
Save me, for you do what is right.
